Yes — we carry full goods-in-transit insurance and public liability cover. Your belongings are protected throughout the entire move, from the moment we start loading to when we place the last item in your new home.
No. Not once. We understand exactly what's at stake on moving day — the lease end dates, the settlement times, the stress of having everything coordinated. We have never cancelled a confirmed booking, and we don't intend to start.

Pricing & Quotes

We charge by the hour with a minimum of two removalists and the truck included in the rate. The quote we give you is based on a realistic time estimate for your move — not an artificially low number to win the job. The price on your invoice reflects the actual hours worked, nothing more.

We accept cash and bank transfer. Full payment details — including our BSB and account number — are provided on your invoice. Payment is typically made on completion of the job.
Yes — we charge from when our truck departs our base until we return. This is standard industry practice across all reputable removalists. We'll tell you this clearly when we quote, so there are no surprises on your invoice. We never hide it.

Scheduling & Availability

For a standard move, 2–4 weeks notice is ideal. End-of-month dates and long weekends fill up fast — if your move falls near the end of a month, book as early as you possibly can. If it's short-notice, call us — we'll be honest about what we can do.
Yes — we operate Monday through Sunday, 8am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday moves are available at the same rates as weekday moves. No weekend surcharge.
Call us as soon as you hear. Settlement delays are stressful enough without worrying about your removalists. We'll do everything in our power to reschedule to your new date. We're flexible because we understand these things happen — and we've been there before with our customers.
Yes — we can coordinate a packing day the day before your move, then send the same team to handle the move itself. Familiar faces, consistent handling, and no need to re-explain where anything goes. Just let us know when you book.

Yes — packing and unpacking are available as standalone services. Whether you need someone to pack up your entire home before a move, or unpack and organise at the other end, we can help. Great if you're time-poor or just want it done properly.
Yes — we offer professional bond cleaning designed to help you get your full bond back. It can be coordinated alongside your move for a seamless handover. Ask us about combining cleaning with your removal for a straightforward package.
