What We Cover

Kitchen Deep Clean. The kitchen is the most scrutinised area in any end of lease inspection. We degrease and scrub the oven inside and out, clean the rangehood filter and surround, wipe down the stovetop, clean inside cupboards and drawers, and wipe all benchtops and splashbacks.
Bathrooms and Toilets. We scrub tiles, remove soap scum and limescale, clean and disinfect toilets, wipe mirrors and glass, and clean exhaust fans. Bathrooms are a common point of contention at inspection — we make sure they're spotless.
All the Details That Get Missed. Window sills, skirting boards, light switches, door handles, cobwebs in corners — these are the things that come up in property manager reports. We work through the whole checklist so they don't have to.
Vacuuming and Mopping All Floors. Every hard floor is vacuumed and mopped. Carpets are thoroughly vacuumed. If you need carpet steam cleaning, let us know at booking and we'll arrange it as an add-on.
Book Standalone or Combined With Your Move. We can clean independently — just book us for the day after moving out. Or if we're doing your removals, we can clean the old property straight after the truck leaves. One team, one day, done.
